Im so grateful for The Heavens. My grandma is here, and the love, care, and compassion she receives means more to my family than I can put into words. This has been such an emotional journey for us, but knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her brings us so much comfort. What I appreciated about the facility is the fresh scent of cleanliness. No odor, just clean. The staff kind and friendly. It is great to know that there are still caring people here to care for your family. Their act of kindness goes a long ways. Keep up the good work 👏

We have found the medical and admin staff at The Havens of Pensacola to be spectacular. Their compassionate and attentive care has been above expectations. While the physical facility is a bit care worn, it is kept very clean and fresh. Our relative is here for physical therapy, that team has been phenomenal as well. Highly recommend!

The care I received recently at Havens At Pensacola was AWESOME!. Every person that I had contact with; i.e. cna, tech, nurse, physicians, OT/PT staff, housekeeping; were all very professional, helpful, caring and always nice. They made me feel safe, comfortable and listened to my concerns. The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond with much concern and kindness. In my personal opinion they all deserve raises. My mother recently stayed at Havens Nursing home, and our family is very grateful for the care she received. The staff was kind, attentive, and treated her with dignity and compassion. They kept us informed, answered our questions, and worked hard to make sure she was comfortable. The facility was clean, welcoming, and provided a supportive environment for both residents and their families. Knowing my mother was in good hands gave us peace of mind during a difficult time.
